Marrakech, May 2nd-3rd 2019
The INREDD research lab of the Cadi Ayyad University of Marrakech, the Research Department of Bank Al-Maghrib, and the Bernoulli Center for Economics of the University of Basel invite submissions for the 4th edition of the International Days of Macroeconomics and Finance. The event will take place the 2nd and 3rd May 2019 at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Social Sciences of the Cadi Ayyad University, Marrakech, Morocco. The objective of these days is to foster a productive exchange between researchers and decision-makers and to formulate recommendations to address critical economic policy issues.
Contributions hailed from all areas of macroeconomics and finance. Both theoretical and empirical papers were presented. This year’s edition gave priority to papers related to the theme “ Inclusive Growth: a new development paradigm ”. The choice of this theme is motivated by the current debates on growth and the fight against inequalities and poverty at the international level, and the need to rethink development models, particularly the Moroccan model.
